La Casa di Peppe

Peppe’s House is a bright apartment at the foot of the historic center of Ostra Vetere. Suitable for couples, families and groups of friends with a large terrace overlooking the historic walls and the village tower.

The house has a tavern with laundry room where you can also park motorbikes and bikes.
A quiet place to rest, study, and work thanks to Wi-Fi, get lost walking through the Marche hills, and enjoy an aperitif.
Peppe’s house has an entrance on the ground floor where there is laundry and space for parking motorcycles and bikes. For the car, parking is available just in front of the house.
On the first floor there is an equipped kitchen, a cozy room with sofa and fireplace and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Going up you reach the terrace with a fascinating view of the village walls.
The sleeping floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*190 cm, 1 bed from a square and a half 120*190 cm and
1 single bed) and a comfortable half bathroom.
